6- Develop an action plan
After clearly defining your objectives, define an action plan. Do you want to lose 10kg in 6 months? Very well ! Do you know how to do it? Developing a training program and a food program is halfway to achieving your goals. This organization will allow you to have more productive days and workouts. If you do not set schedules for your training or your meals, you will be lost and you will lose sight of your final goal.
Tip: Ask your coach for help in creating a workout program that is tailored to your current physical condition and fitness goals. If you decide to go alone, you risk making many more mistakes and delaying your progress.
